The acquisition includes e.g. the following product groups/products: Cleaning towels; mops; cleaning trolleys; cleaning discs; sponges, scrubbers and brushes; tool rails and holders. The products are described in more detail tender form in appendix 1 of the request for tenders. The procurement is divided into parts, so that the decision is made by product basket. In order to be able to compare, an offer must be submitted for all products in the product basket. You can leave the offer in one or more product baskets. Acquisition the item also includes additional products related to the offered products, such as additional sizes and accessories, which can be offered using the additional offer form in Appendix 1 of the Offer Form. During the contract period, the anticipated value of the purchase can also be obtained according to the agreement, products belonging to the product groups that are the subject of the agreement, which are not specified in the product appendix (see draft agreement). The prices are actually fixed for the duration of the contract (2 years). It is a joint procurement of several procurement units, which is carried out as a procurement ring. The products requested in this request for tender will be used by: HUS Corporation (HUS), Kymenlaakso welfare area, the City of Helsinki and Hyvinkään Ravitsemuspalvelut Oy.
