The general services administration (gsa) southeast sunbelt region announces the opportunity for: architect & engineering services (a/e) to develop bridging documents as a lead designer for new federal courthouse in huntsville, alabama. When complete, the new federal courthouse will provide for the 10year space requirements and the expansion to meet the 30 year needs of the u.s. District court in huntsville. A/e services will be procured utilizing the "brooks act" qualifications based selection process.



Gsa is seeking eligible small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, hubzone small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business concerns with current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel and capability to perform the proposed contracts.



The government anticipates a contract award for this project in july 2019. The appropriate naics code is 541310 with a size standard of $7, 500, 000.
