This procurement concerns the purchase of a staffing system (HR) as a cloud service (SaaS) with associated implementation, migration of existing data, integration adaptations, upgrades, support and training during the contract period. The procurement concerns a staffing system (HR) for planning and follow-up of staffing of own staff, consultants and fee-earners at Luleå University of Technology in accordance with requirements and conditions in the procurement documents. The system must be able to manage staffing planning for the whole the university, including all departments and relevant support functions, and is designed to be used by at least 200 simultaneous users without appreciable impact on response times. The system must support planning and follow-up of staffing in hours and kroner, connection to activities and projects, management of absence, seniority levels and multiple employments, as well as production of reports at individual, group and institutional level. The system must be able to be integrated with the university's finance, personnel and educational administrative systems according to specified IT and integration requirements.
