Tenders are invited for Human Resource Management (PSC) 11 - 15 April 2016.
1 Trainer
This training as requested for by the PSC will provide the opportunity for public administration to be continuously upgraded in the public sector, which normally has a high turnover rate for public employees. The HR Management training will assist and provide employees with key and necessary skills to effectively and efficiently support the roles and responsibilities of their respective Ministries, in line with the development strategies of the Government of Samoa. Course content will include core principles and approaches to HR Management in the public sector, roles between HR Management and overall organizational management, HR planning, training needs analysis, and HR Strategic Planning.
Design : 5 half days
