In the framework of the sales contract, the applicant acquires a human rabies vaccine (inactivated), as follows: ATC code: J07BG01 Total quantity: 20, 000 doses Packaging: 1 x 1-dose syringe, If the product offered is in ampoule packaging, the corresponding vaccine must be included, 2 needles and 1 syringe of the type recommended by WHO. Quality requirement: The vaccine must comply with the WHO TRS. 941: Recommendations for inactivated rabies vaccine for human use produced in cell substrates and embryonated eggs; and the European Pharmacopoeia monograph 01/2019:0216 requirements. Usability: The vaccine must be usable for at least 12 months from the date of storage. Storage deadline: March 1, 2026, 7, 000 doses, June 1, 2026, 5, 000 doses, September 1, 2026, 5, 000 doses, December 15, 2026, 3, 000 doses. Marketing authorization: Az vaccine must be provided by the pharmaceutical authority (NNGYK, or at the time OGYEI /GYEMSZI/ OGYI) at the time of submission of the offer, or by the EC in accordance with European Parliament and Council Regulation 726/2004/EC, European Parliament and Council Regulation 1901/2006/EC or European Parliament and Council Regulation 1394/2007/EC with a valid marketing authorization for the proposed vaccine issued on the basis of a council decree.
