This call for tender is made up of CFC 112, 114.0, 211 and 213. The work will take place at the following address: Rue de Lausanne 74-76 - 1202 Geneva - Level 0. A technical visit to the site will be organized as part of the call for tender in order to allow bidders to submit a qualitative and competitive offer. The work will take place on a semi-occupied site. Access to the site will be shared with that of the ESCAPE GAME located on the lower level (R-1). Housing on the upper floors will remain occupied throughout the duration of the work. Particular vigilance must be paid to respecting the neighborhood, limiting noise pollution linked to the construction site as well as maintaining the cleanliness of common areas. The bidder will be required to strictly respect all road and traffic rules in force. It will assume full responsibility for any infraction noted during the execution of the work (irregular parking, disruption to traffic, lack of authorization to occupy the public domain, non-compliance with signage, etc.), as well as any sanctions, fines or costs that may result from this. It must also ensure the establishment and maintenance of signage compliant and adapted to guarantee the safety of users and local residents throughout the duration of the construction site.
