Services include providingrecommendations and advice with monthly multiclass transactions, as well as providing general legal advice and assistance for the Multiclass Program, mortgage-backed securities, structured finance, and administrative and securities policy law required to facilitate Ginnie Mae-s overall objective of ensuring liquidity in the secondary mortgage market.
