Nature of requirements:
the following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
Canada economic development for quebec regions (ced) is looking for a supplier to convert various internal or external documents into html format to post on its intranet and internet sites.
Objectives: provide html conversion and coding services for various documents aimed at internal and external audience, in both official languages of canada, for posting on ced`s intranet and internet sites.
Deliverables: the contractor must provide html conversion and coding documents services upon ced`s request. For each request, the contractor must provide an estimate of the number of hours required for converting the documents and the delivery date of the final product, within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the request. If the estimation is accepted by ced a task authorization will be issued to confirm and authorize the start of the work. All html converted document must be compliant with the government of canada web standards listed in annexe a - statement of work.
Term of contract:
the period of the contract is from december 13th, 2019 to december 31st, 2020 inclusively, with two (2) additional optional periods of twelve (12) months each.
