HTA/LV Electricity, Low Current and Control-Command works contract for a substation connected to the Plaine Campus heating network. This consultation is part of the Public Service Delegation (DSP) relating to the heating network and urban cooling Plaine Campus, conceded by Toulouse Métropole to the company Toulouse Énergie Durable (TED), a subsidiary of Dalkia. In order to respond to the challenges of energy transition and security of supply, Dalkia is committed to increasing and diversify its delivery points. The operation consists of the creation of a hot (1100 kW) and cold (2400 kW) production substation connected to the temperate loop of the heating network, intended for an industrial company. The project requires a exemplary treatment. The consultation concerns a global service of electrical works covering both the HV/LV transformation, the distribution of the motive power and the control-command of a substation aimed at supplying hot and cold to a industrial. The sizing elements explained below are provisional, the final elements will be indicated in the offer phase consultation documents.
