Expression of Interest are invited for HSE Offshore Survival Training for BSJV
Scope of work:

The scope of work comprises of provision of qualified trainers, training materials and certificates from the approved

accreditation bodies for the below types of trainings:

1. Tropical Basic Offshore Survival Training + Travel Safety By Boat +(T)EBS

2. Tropical Further Offshore Survival Training + Travel Safety By Boat + (T)EBS Refresher

3. Basic Offshore safety induction and emergency training BOSIET

4. Infrequent Offshore Traveller

5. Further Offshore Emergency Training

6. Travel Safety by Boat

7. Offshore Lifeboat Coxwain

8. Offshore Lifeboat Coxwain Refresher

9. Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO) Initial Training

10. Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO) Initial Training Refresher

11. HLO Helideck Emergency Response Team Leader (HERLT)

12. Offshore Emergency Response Team Leader

13. Offshore Emergency Response Team Leader Refresher

14. Offshore Emergency Response Team Member

15. Offshore Emergency Response Team Member Refresher

16. Helicopter Underwater Emergency Training

17. Helicopter Underwater Emergency Training (HUET) Incl. Firefighting & First Aid Training

The Contractor shall demonstrate the competencies to execute the scope in line with BSP / Shell standards and

procedures in Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) including quality and the requirements of the relevant

authorities.

Local Business Development (LBD)

Brunei Shell Joint Venture (BSJV) Companies- LBD requirements are in line with the LBD Directives as issued by the

Ministry of Manpower, Energy and Industry (MEMI). This scope falls under the Development Quadrant of the LBD

Framework.

? EoI is open for Development companies only;

? The owners of the company must actively participate in its management and day to day running of the business;

? Target for recruitment and development of suitably qualified Bruneian staff, including graduates will be part of

Tender / Contract.

In the event that the BSJV LBD Portal is inaccessible to external users for extended periods of time due to server issues

or downtime, vendors can retrieve and/or submit their EoI submissions and related documentation via e-mail to

NAME) as your email subject when responding. Contractors will be contacted on EoI outcome via email. PLEASE BE

REMINDED THAT ANY REPLY RECEIVED LATER THAN THE SPECIFIED DATE AND TIME MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.

This Expression of Interest shall not be deemed to be an invitation to tender. BSP shall have the right and sole

discretion to reject any part or all of the response made by the Contractor. BSP shall have the right and sole discretion

to determine the bidders for this tender. This letter serves solely for the purpose of obtaining Expressions of Interest

and shall neither in any way be construed as to create any legal obligation on the parties responding to this

advertisement nor mentioned herein. Expenses incurred in connection to this shall be borne in its entirety by the
