The naval air warfare center weapons division, china lake, ca intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the 1 year; hs global provides access to the complete portfolio of jane's defense, transportation, and security information online subscription in accordance with far part 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to ihs global inc., 15 inverness way east, englewood co. 80112, due to these resources are available only through a subscription service as they are copyrighted material. This is an ongoing subscription service and is being renewed. This notice is not intent for a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing they can fulfill the requirement may submit a written response to be received at the contracting office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number n6893619q0106 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
