The Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) is the regulatory body and professional association for human resources professionals in Ontario. HRPA operates under the Registered Human Resources Professionals Act, 2013, with a dual mandate: to govern the profession in the public interest, and to serve its members. It regulates more than 24, 000 members, students, and firms, and sets the standards for the profession. It confers Ontario's statutory HR designations: the CHRP, CHRL, and CHRE. The public website, hrpa.ca, serves two audiences: members and prospective members who register, train, and maintain their designations, and members of the public who verify a professional's standing or file a complaint.HRPA is seeking a partner to build and operate a new foundation for hrpa.ca. The work has two parts. The first is to design and build that foundation: a documented design system and page framework HRPA owns outright. The second is to operate it on an ongoing basis, covering hosting, monitoring, and security. This RFP sets out what the foundation must do, the standards it must meet, and the terms under which HRPA will own it. HRPA's objective is to drive engagement with our members and to be the hub of all professional content. We want a website that is fast, accessible, and maintainable.
