Products or services: Fire extinguishers The objective of this tender is to satisfy in a timely manner the needs of the Copiapó Regional Hospital and the beneficiary population, which receives health care through this establishment, with observance of Law NO19, 886 and its regulations that provide for public procurement procedures, which are governed by principles of free access to tenders, competition, publicity, transparency, equal treatment, non-discrimination, probity and value for money. To meet this objective, a call for public bidding is carried out, establishing in its administrative and technical bases, the clear and objective set of requirements, conditions and specifications that describe the goods and/or services to be contracted and that allow achieving the most advantageous combination between all the benefits of the good or service to be acquired and all its associated costs, present and future. This process will regulate both the acquisition and the definitive contract, thus ensuring that the quality and efficiency of healthcare provided by the hospital is maintained.
