Single-awarded framework agreement for project management executed by subsequent contracts for the creation of a cycle link between Gignac (PEM) and the neighboring municipalities located to the south, as well as for the construction of a footbridge over the stream of Aurelle. The framework agreement is concluded by Hérault Ingénierie, acting as purchasing center, for the benefit of the Vallée de l'Hérault community of communes and the communes of Gignac, Pouzols, Saint-Bauzille-de-la-Sylve and Popian. The services include the AVP+, AVP, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET and AOR missions, as well as the following additional missions: request for case-by-case examination (KparK), file under the water law (DEAU), simplified assessment of Natura 2000 impacts, declaration of public utility (DUP) and compatibility of town planning documents (MECDU). Skills required from the team dedicated to the missions of the framework agreement: - VRD execution project management (compulsory skill); - Engineering specialized in works of art (compulsory skill); - Hydraulician (compulsory skill);
