The acquisition is subject to an information system for staff management and payroll operations (later also "HR system" and "system") for the municipality of Kirkkonummi (later also "customer" or "procurement entity"). The HR system to be purchased will replace existing systems ormanual data processing. The new HR system must support the municipal sector collective agreements (KVTES, OVTES, TS, TTES and Sote) so that the management of information related to the employment relationship (including different parts of the salary) is effortlessly possible through the HR system.
