GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE

Program Name: Mongolia Water Compact

The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and the Government of Mongolia (the Government) have entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact for Millennium Challenge Account assistance to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in Mongolia (the Compact) in the amount of approximately 350 million USD (MCC Funding). The Government, acting through Millennium Challenge Account-Mongolia (MCA-Mongolia) intends to apply a portion of the MCC Funding to payments for contracts for goods, works and services.
This General Procurement Notice for the period from April 1, 2021 through March 31, 2022 includes the following procurements.

Contracts for Goods, Works and Services financed under the Program will be implemented according to the principles, rules and procedures set out in the MCC Program Procurement Guidelines (“PPG”), which can be found on MCC-s website at https://www.mcc.gov/ppg.

The procurements will be open to all bidders/consultants from eligible source countries, as defined in the MCC PPG.

A Specific Procurement Notice (“SPN”) for each contract to be procured under the competitive bidding procedures will be announced on the United Nations Development Business (UNDB Online) website at http://www.devbusiness.com/, the Development Gateway Market (dgMarket) website at http://mcc.dgmarket.com/, MCA-Mongolia website at https://mca-mongolia.gov.mn/, in local newspapers, and in other media outlets, as appropriate.
