The task of the selected supplier in this procurement is to prepare a method for generating the compositional information of all municipal mixed waste, instructions for conducting a composition research study of mixed waste from administrative, service and business activities (HPE mixed waste) and carry out a composition study of HPE mixed waste in accordance with the prepared instructions and finally, using the method, form an estimate of the composition of the entire municipal mixed waste. As part of the method for determining the composition of mixed municipal waste, the supplier must use KIVO information from the public composition database on the composition of mixed household waste. The final result will enable the implementation of similar compositional studies in the future, as well as compositional information on municipal mixed waste that is more comprehensive than the composition of household mixed waste production. The work must be completed by the end of 2026. The offer must include an implementation plan, a budget and a description of the offerer's expertise (see more detailed instructions in the "Description of the procurement object" attachment file). The implementation plan should show this schedule, implementing consortium or possible subcontracting, planning of sampling, implementation of sorting research, descriptions of waste samples and analysis and reporting of results.
