The city of Somero is looking for an entrepreneur to carry out the activities of the Hovimaki campsite all year round in a scenic location on the shores of Lake Hirsjarvi. The landlord hopes for the extensive annual opening hours of the campsite. The minimum condition is June - August opening daily at least at at least at10-20. In addition, at least weekly opening hours/activities are required throughout the year (for example, winter swimming in winter). We provide a visible operating environment, a development -friendly cooperation network and a collaboration for the development of Hovimaki. We appreciate the puritypreserving the emphasis on the image, the willingness to improve, the use of local potential and good service. The tenant is expected to have experience or expertise in business. In addition, the tenant is required to have an action and development plan and the offer price. The provider willPlease note that the minimum price of the subscriber is € 10, 000, which is not considered as bids under consideration.
