Housing construction in the Kamenný vrch II locality, selection of a contractor The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the building called "Stone Hill II" (hereinafter referred to as "the Construction") according to the project documentation for the implementation of the construction, which forms Annex No. 5 of the procurement documentation (hereinafter as "PDPS") and in accordance with the valid building permit for the set of buildings "Residential construction Kamenný vrch II, 1st stage, part I" and with the valid building permit for the set of buildings "Residential construction Kamenný vrch II, 1st stage, part II". Part of the subject necessary construction and engineering activities are also related to the performance of the public contract. Part of the scope of the public procurement also includes consideration of the geological and environmental conditions at the site of the Construction, i.e. information and recommendations resulting from the statement Czech Geological Services on the issue of the possible occurrence of asbestos fibers in bedrock and other technical documents, which together form Annex No. 7 of the tender documentation; the contractor is, among other things, obliged to be prepared as part of the performance of the public order take adequate measures to reduce dust and protect health (especially avoiding dust swirling, humidification/sprinkling, suitable PPE and safe handling of any excavated material) and ensure air quality monitoring in the vicinity of the nearest apartment buildings (especially Koniklecová and Plachty Streets) to the extent determined by the project documentation, the conditions of valid building permits and other technical documents that form the annexes to the tender documentation.
