Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the building named "Stone Hill II" (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction") according to the project documentation for the implementation of the construction, which forms Annex No. 5 of the procurement documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "PDPS") and in accordance with the valid building permit for set of buildings "Residential construction Kamenný vrch II, 1st stage, part I" and with a valid building permit for the set of buildings "Residential construction Kamenný vrch II, 1st stage, part II". Part of the subject of the performance of the public contract is also related necessary construction and engineering activities. Part of the scope of the public procurement also includes consideration of the geological and environmental conditions at the site of the Construction, i.e. information and recommendations resulting from the statement of the Czech Geological Survey on the issue of the possible occurrence of asbestos fibers in bedrock and other technical documents, which together form Annex No. 7 of the tender documentation; the contractor is, among other things, obliged to be prepared to take reasonable measures to reduce dust and protect health within the framework of the performance of the public contract (especially prevention of dust swirling, humidification/sprinkling, appropriate PPE and safe handling of any excavated material) and ensure air quality monitoring in the vicinity of the nearest apartment buildings (especially Koniklecová and Plachty streets) to the extent specified by the project documentation, conditions of valid building permits and other technical documents, which form annexes to the tender documentation.
