Tender Details

This is an allotment contract (13 lots) and the lots include a fixed part relating to current and recurring cleaning services and a part based on purchase orders with a maximum amount for one-off services. This consultation includes execution conditions of a social nature, the details of which are indicated in the appendix to the CCAP (except for reserved lots). The reserved lots are as follows: - lots no. 10 and 11: these lots are reserved, in application of article L2113-12 of the Public Procurement Code, to STPA (protected and adapted work structures: EA and ESAT). - lot n°13: this lot is reserved, in application of article L2113-14 of the Public Procurement Code, for SIAE (integration structures through activity economic) and STPA (protected and adapted work structures: EA and ESAT)
