Tender Details

Swedavia intends to procure housekeeping services at Stockholm Arlanda Airport with a premises area of approximately 250, 000 m2 in total.

The procurement is divided into the following sub-areas:

- sub-area 1: Cleaning of Travel Areas, approx. 110, 000 m2, with an estimated contract value of SEK 264, 000, 000

- delmrrow 2: Cleaning of Technical surfaces, approx. 63, 000 m2, with an estimated contract value of 208, 000, 000 sek.

- sub-area 3: Cleaning of Back surfaces and other buildings, approx. 75, 000 m2, with an estimated contract value of SEK 176, 000, 000. The adoptedsuppliers must be flexible and some sub-areas require 24/7 execution.

Bidders may submit bids for one or more bid areas, but only win and be awarded contracts for one (1) of the bid areas.

Swedavia will award contracts to they deliverparties whose bids are the most economically advantageous for Swedavia. Which is the most economically advantageous tender will be evaluated on the basis of the best ratio between price and quality.
