This procedure is in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure. Refers to the conclusion of a framework agreement according to § 105, paragraph (2), point a): purchase of residential medicines and other pharmacy products within the framework of a framework purchase agreement. as follows: Direct residential (outpatient) procurement of medicines necessary for care and other pharmacy products for the direct residential medicine supply units of Semmelweis University. The framework agreement is valid until the net amount of HUF 16, 932, 657, 799 is exhausted, but no more than 18 (eighteen) months is created for a definite period of time.
