This acquisition is for a commercially-available online subscription service provides for annual access to web-based software applications that provide current and historical ratings and financial analyses of healthcare facilities. The purpose of this acquisition is to assist the hud personnel in the performance of their duties underwriting and monitoring loans under section 242 of the national housing act, wherein hud insures the mortgages of acute care hospitals.
