House of Freedom Cheb The purpose of the public contract is the reconstruction and extension of the existing building of the former hotel and the overall revitalization of the adjacent area with the aim of building a modern accommodation facility. The subject of the public order is the implementation of the work - the implementation of reconstruction and extensions of the existing building no. 575/100 (hereinafter referred to as the "Work"). The work will be carried out in accordance with the Documentation for construction execution prepared by Ing.Arch. Jakub Kuthan, with registered office at Spojovije 467, 25301 Hostivice, ID 87577402, which forms attachment no. 2 of these tender conditions, and in accordance with the issued Decision no. FLY 84534/202. The subject of the public contract includes all works and deliveries, activities and actions necessary for the proper and timely execution of the work as described in these procurement conditions and their attachments. The exact specification of the subject of the public contract and the technical conditions are given in the documentation for the execution of the construction and the technical report, which form Annex No. 2 of these tender conditions (hereinafter referred to as "DPS") and in the blind list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of measurements, which forms Annex No. 3 of these tender conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "list of construction works"). A detailed specification of the contractor's obligations is further specified in the draft contract for the work (hereinafter referred to as the "contract for the work"), which is Annex No. 1 these terms of reference.
