1. The subject of the procedure and order is to select a Contractor for the provision of hotel services in the City of Krakow for the ania Nowa Theater, in single or double rooms, in a hotel with a minimum 3-star standard in Krakow.2. A requirement The Ordering Party is obliged to provide the services in a hotel that meets the following requirements: a. location of the hotel from the Ordering Party's headquarters, no more than 4.0 km (based on the internet map: https://www.google.pl/maps/ - the shortest route, on foot), b. in case of position hotel within 1.0 km from the Ordering Party's headquarters, (based on the internet map: https://www.google.pl/maps/ - the shortest route, on foot), the Contractor is not obliged to provide transport for hotel guests to the Ordering Party's headquarters, c. in the case of the hotel's location, more than 1.0 km from the Ordering Party's registered office, the Contractor is obliged to provide hotel guests with free transport by car: from the hotel to the Ordering Party's registered office (24 hours a day) within 20 minutes of notification (once a day); from the Ordering Party's office to the hotel (24 hours a day) within 20 minutes of notification (once a day), d. the hotel offers a minimum of 20 rooms in one location, e. r...
