The Town of Rosthern is inviting qualified and experienced hotel developers to submit proposals for the development, financing, construction, and operation of a new hotel on a prime, highway-front parcel of land located along the service road of 6th Street East, adjacent to Highway 11. This strategically located site offers exceptional visibility and accessibility and presents a significant opportunity to address Rosthern-s demonstrated accommodation demand while supporting tourism, economic growth, and job creation. The Town is seeking innovative, scalable, and sustainable hotel concepts that align with Council-s long-term strategic vision and community priorities. Proposals will be evaluated based on project vision and concept, team experience and capacity, financial viability, timeline and deliverability, and community benefits.
