Tender Details

In connection with the organization of a scientific conference, the Central Mining Institute, the National Research Institute orders hotel and restaurant services. Hotel services for 140 people in the field of accommodation, meals and rental of conference rooms in connection with the conference organized on 05-07/10/2026 Conference entitled Safety of blasting robots. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the number of conference participants to 60 people. The final list of conference participants will be sent seven days before the start of the conference. Ordering Party's requirements: - Location of the center within the administrative borders of Beskid lski, Beskid ywiecki, Beskid Maego in Poland. - standard of the facility in which the conference will be held - minimum 3 stars (assigned by the decision of the Marshal of the Voivodeship). the center where the conference will be organized must have at least 60 single rooms (possibility of using double rooms as single rooms) and 6 apartments for 1 person each.
