The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a request for quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed price contract for a Hot Oil Flush of External Hydraulics Systems onboard a Los Angeles-class submarine in accordance with HIRMC -501-27.
