The current hot drinks machines have been purchased and the agreement with the current supplier for service, maintenance and coffee, tea and consumables has been canceled and terminated. The Contractor disposes the current machines. For a detailed overview of the locations and the desired vending machines, we refer to the "Automaten" tab, Appendix 3. The desired situation is a framework agreement with one entrepreneur for the rent including maintenance of hot beverages and the delivery of coffee and tea and other consumption items for the duration of 5 (five) years, followed by 3 (three) times the option for extensions.
