Hostůovce water supply and distribution Description: 1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of construction works, specifically the provision of water supply for the municipalities of Hostůovce and Martin nad Zitavou, with the aim of supplying the residents affected by the municipality with safe water in the required quantity and quality. The applicant, as the future contractor of the subject of the order, undertakes to construct the Work "Guest house, water supply and distribution", under the conditions and to the extent specified in Annex A2 of the Martin nad Zitavou project documentation, in Annex A3 Hostůovce's project documentation and in Appendix B. Draft Contract for the work of these competition documents. 2. The successful applicant as a contractor undertakes to carry out the Work in accordance with the project documentation and building permit. 3. If the description of the subject of the order used a reference to a specific brand, manufacturer, or product or type of product, these were used exclusively for illustration if it was not possible to describe the subject of the order sufficiently precisely and comprehensibly in accordance with Act no. 343/2005 on public procurement and the amendment and the addition of some laws as amended by later regulations (hereinafter referred to as "ZVO") and the usual commercial practice prevailing in the delivery of the same or similar objects of the contract. In such cases, it is considered that such a reference is always supplemented with the words "or equivalent" and it applies that the applicant can always offer equivalent or better performance in accordance with the provisions of § 42, paragraph 3 ZVO.
