The contract subject of this consultation aims to provide the Grand Est Region with a set of services to accommodate and administer the hosting of the ticketing system of the interurban road passenger transport networks, Fluo Grand Est 54, 55 and 88 and to take charge of the recovery and transfer of current materials. The ticketing system consists of a central server and several on-board (430 consoles) or fixed (13 sales station terminals) equipment. As such, the holder will be responsible for the technical administration of the central system in particular through the resumption and transfer of current materials with guarantee of data integrity, the hosting of the central site and the technical monitoring services of the operation of it (supervision, operating tasks, backup management, etc.). The contract will be concluded in the form of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, with no minimum amount and for a maximum amount over the total duration of the contract. the framework agreement (renewals included) of 360, 000 euro(s) excluding tax
