In the context of this tender, the municipality intends to order hosting, management and further development of the Open Research Platform. OpenResearch.Amsterdam is the digital knowledge platform of the municipality of Amsterdam and more than 35 formal knowledge partners in the Amsterdam Metropool Region, Including the University of Amsterdam, the Hogeschool van Amsterdam, the VU University, Waternet and the province of Noordholland. The platform has been developed to support cooperation between government, knowledge institutions and social organizations in tackling complex urban Exercises such as sustainability, housing, health, mobility and social inequality. The Platform acts as a digital network in which users - such as civil servants, researchers, teachers, students and social professionals - can access, bundle and with each other in context can place. It contains thousands of pages with policy documents, research reports, work agendas, lectures, maps, visualizations and thematic files. This knowledge is presented in an accessible and structured way with the help of semantic technology and linked data.
