Tender Details

The assignment concerns the hosting of, maintenance of and any further developments to the Drupal websites of Toerisme Oost-Vlaanderen. The execution of the assignment is divided into various parts: - The migration of the current websites to the environment of the new servicesthere; - Hosting of the sites; - Maintenance of the website and providing support; - Carrying out projects for adjustments or improvements to the websites; The assignment concerns a framework agreement within the meaning of Article 2, 35 of the Public Procurement Act. The framework agreement becomesconcluded with one company. If, when placing individual orders, it appears that not all conditions and modalities of the specific order are specified in the framework agreement, the contracting authority will ask the entrepreneur in writing in advance to supplement his quotation, so that all modalities are included.elements of the specific assignment are determined upon placement. This is only a supplement and not a change to essential conditions of the framework agreement. This concerns a contract for services and the procedure chosen is the public procedure.
