This acquisition will be awarded on an all or none basis.
The solicitation will be for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a three-year base period and two (2) 1-year option period. The electronic solicitation will be released on DLA-s Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS).
Solicitation Particulars:
This solicitation will be issued as a FAR 15 Contracting by Negotiation. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
The evaluation will be conducted through full tradeoff procedures and awarded to the offeror(s) presenting the best value. The Government will evaluate offers following the evaluation procedures that will be outlined in Section M of the solicitation.
