NSN 4720-005553826 will be solicited as a firm-fixed price RF P to obtain offer(s) for a single NSN contract for DLA Direct Delivery.

DLA E-JCP CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.

ALL ITEMS OF SUPPLY SHALL BE MARKED IAW MIL-STD-129. IN ADDITION, EACH UNIT PACK WILL BE MARKED WITH LOT AND SERIAL NUMBER (IF AVAILABLE), CONTRACTOR'S CAGE CODE, ACTUAL MANUFACTURER'SCAGE CODE AND PART NUMBER.

THIS NSN IS AN AIR FORCE DESIGNATED CSI ITEM (CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM).

Critical application item. NOTE: THIS IS A RESTRICTED SOURCE ITEM AND REQUIRES ENGINEERING SOURCE APPROVAL BY THE GOVERNMENT DESIGN CONTROL ACTIVITY.

ADEQUATE DATA FOR THE EVALUATION OF ALTERNATE OFFERS IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE PROCUREMENT AGENCY.THE OFFEROR MUST PROVIDE A COMPLETE DATA PACKAGE INCLUDING DATA FOR THE APPROVED AND ALTERNATE PART FOR EVALUATION. DUE TO CRITICALITY AND TIME REQUIRED FOR ESA EVALUATION OF ALTERNATE OFFERS, IT MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE TO CONSIDER ALTERNATE OFFERS FOR CURRENT AWARD, BUT THOSE MEETING EVALUATION CRITERIA WILL BE CONSIDERED FUTURE PROCUREMENTS IF APPROVED BY ESA AFTER SAR EVALUATION.
