This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in far subpart 12.6 and 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is n4523a19q4065 and is issued as a request for quotation (rfq). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through federal acquisition circular 2005-101 effective 26 october 2018. Solicitation is 100% small business set-aside and the associated naics code is 332919 and small business size standard is 750. Requirement as follows:

Material shall have a minimum of 85 percent shelf-life remaining

deteriorative material marking material older than 18 months upon receipt by the shipyard will not be accepted.
