Homecare Development - Provider Engagement Event The Royal Borough of Greenwich is inviting organisations to an engagement session to explore early thinking around the potential introduction of a Development Lot within the future Homecare service model. This session forms part of the Council's wider review and recommissioning of Homecare services. As part of this work, the Council is seeking to understand how best to support a diverse, sustainable and resilient provider market that reflects the needs of residents and enables high quality, person centred care. The event is open to all organisations with an interest in Homecare provision, including established providers, new entrants and organisations considering future involvement in the sector. We are keen to gather a broad range of perspectives to ensure that any future commissioning approach is informed by the full diversity of the market. As part of this engagement, the Council is exploring whether a Development Lot could help organisations at different stages of maturity to participate in the Homecare market. This may include, for example, micro enterprises, small and local businesses, voluntary and community organisations, Community Interest Companies, co operatives and providers considering entering or expanding within the regulated Homecare sector.
