Home security devices, alarm reception service and alarm reception system The welfare area of Lapland is asking for offers for the whole, which includes: 1. home security devices for customers of the Lapland welfare area 2. alarms reception service 3. alarm reception system for producing the aforementioned service as the welfare area's own operation. In procurement, safety equipment refers to various safety equipment that can be given to the home, which can improve the health of the person living at home customer safety. Security devices to be purchased include security phones and their accessories, a locating security bracelet and a solution for door monitoring in communal housing. The alarm reception service refers to a service in which reception is received alarms coming through the security devices, a preliminary assessment of the need for help is made and the request is forwarded to the security assistants. The service will be available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The alarm reception system is meant a system with which the subscriber can receive alarms from various security devices and forward them as a task to the security assistants. In the welfare area of ​​Lapland, it is planned to take the alarm reception service into its own operation according to the preliminary schedule in the spring 2028.
