Sources Sought The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Small Business Manufacturers, and other Small Businesses interested and capable of providing items requested. The intended contract is a Base + 4 Option Year, firm-fixed price contract.An SBA Non-Manufacturer Rule Waiver will not apply if this requirement is set-aside for small business. It does apply to all other socioeconomic small business categories.The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO20 is looking for BRAND NAME or EQUAL sources of the following: Software Platform for in home virtual rehabilitation. Salient Characteristics:A reference and teaching platform specifically for VA Rehabilitation Service Organizations for use across the Alaska VA healthcare system (as well as other VAMC s).Platform shall have an access point for continuing education, live webinars, certification preparation, compliance, and patient education which provides the Alaska VA Healthcare System Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists with information to directly support patient care in the rehabilitation realm.Platform shall display content and presentation of clinical and rehabilitation exercise animations. Life videos are to be combined with certified education units, certification preparation modules, and patient engagement content.Platform shall provide patients with exercise video instruction via a mobile device application.Platform shall allow for the customization of the video instruction to address specific individual Veteran patient issues.Shall contain the same wide range of material as assessed by the Knowledge Information Service Librarians.Must provide Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathologist professions high access and usage sta...
