The subject of the public order is the delivery of ready-made meals for the clients of the Home for the Elderly in Valtice, including their transport to the place of fulfillment, for an indefinite period, subject to the following conditions being met:
•The purpose of the contracting authority is in accordance with the requirements of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services, to provide all-day meals for clients of the home for the elderly.
• When providing catering, the supplier is obliged to comply with Ministry of Health Decree No. 137/2004 Coll., on hygienic requirements for catering services and on the principles of personal and operational hygiene during epidemiological activities serious, as amended, and Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and the Council on food hygiene, in particular the requirement to meet the hygiene standard for temperature when food is served.
• In accordance with Decree No. 505/2006 Coll., the maximum possible payment for meals is CZK 260 per day for a full-day meal, CZK 120 for lunch, including operating costs related to food preparation, food delivery and VAT. The decree also applies to the diabetic diet.
•The diet must correspond to the nutritional needs of the elderly, their state of health (diet), corresponding to their age, the principles of rational nutrition and the needs of dietary nutrition (at least in the range of 3 main meals), while menus and standards for diets should be prepared in such a way that the nutritional values of the diet correspond to the declared values in the dietary system with a permissible deviation of 5% within one week.
