Description
THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to replace Hodges Village Dam gate house main doors and door jamb. New doorway will retain the same doorway dimensions as the original doorway. The doorway opening must have similar features as the old doorway including brass hardware, dead bolt, hinges, door knob/handle and pull handle and kick plate.
