COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE:This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The National Park Service, Contracting Operations Central, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Fire Sprinkler System Inspection and Repair service project at Hopewell Culture National Historical Park in Ross County, OH. Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools, and other equipment necessary to inspect and repair fire sprinkler systems in three buildings at Hopewell Culture National Historical Park.SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6424Q0027.TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor in or around early May 2024 and required to be completed within 120 days of award. Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determination for Ross County, OH will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: Price, Technical, and Prior Experience.
