PUBLIC BIDDING 2016-536
1. The NATIONAL POWER CORPORATION (NPC), through its approved Corporate Budget of CY 2016 intends to apply the sum of (Please see schedule below) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
2. The NPC now invites Bids for Item listed above. Delivery of the item is required within the contract period specified in the Technical Specifications. The Bidder must have completed a single Contract that is similar to this Project, equivalent to an amount as stated in the Bidding Documents. The description of an eligible bidder is in Section II, ITB of the Bidding Documents.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -A"pass/fail-A
