HO-26-06 Insurance brokerage
The competition is conducted by Abakus AS on behalf of the clients. Folldal municipality shall have the option, but no obligation, to accede to the framework agreement and with 1 January 2028. Upon accession, Folldal municipality is covered by the framework agreement on the terms that follow from the framework agreement and the supplier's offer, for the remaining agreement period. The option is triggered by a written notification from Folldal municipality to the supplier. The clients need to establish a new framework agreement on insurance brokerage services. The purpose of the procurement is to ensure a professional and comprehensive follow-up of the insurance area as well as access to the necessary insurance expertise and assistance in managing the client's insurance portfolio. The clients have a need for advice that contributes to correct insurance coverage and conditions, good internal overview and safe and continuous follow-up throughout the contract period. Pension schemes are not covered by the framework agreement. Municipal companies and Church joint councils can accede to this agreement as necessary. The assignment must be carried out in compliance with current regulations for insurance mediation and other requirements that follow from the framework agreement.
