Detailed_Description : Healthcare Materials Management Services (HMMS), on behalf of St. Joseph's Health Care London (SJHCL), and particularly the Facilities Management Department, is looking to establish a partnership with a preferred Proponent, to act as a constructor, as outlined in the RFP documents, for HMMS04539 - SJHC London - St. Mary-s Elevators Modernization. The project includes interim maintenance, modernization of 1 - 4 traction elevators and a one (1) year warranty period upon completion of required work. The winning proponent must act as constructor and is responsible for carrying all appropriate subtrades. Note, upon expiry of the one (1) year warranty period, the continued maintenance and service of identified elevator(s) will be amicably relinquished to the original service provider. Most of the elevators are currently connected to the patient wandering system and our card reader system. The “Wandering Resident System” is Honeywell equipment, Card reader is Johnson Control Equipment.This RFP is for SJHC Project Number 191264.
