Healthcare Materials Management Services (HMMS), on behalf of St. Joseph's Health Care London (SJHCL), and in particular the Facilities Management Department, is looking to establish a partnership with a preferred Proponent, to act as a constructor, as outlined in the RFP documents, for HMMS04506R SJHC LHRI Exhaust Fans Replacement. The successful proponent will be responsible for the procurement and installation of Fume Hood Exhaust Fans in the Lawson Research Department at St. Joseph's Health Care. This will require, but is not excluded to the following: Replacement of existing fume hoodexhaust fans, and all roof modifications that come with it. Project should be scheduled to be completed by end of 2025. The winning proponent must act as constructor and is responsible for carrying all appropriatesubtrades.
