Tender Details

The target of the project is the Hämeenkylä church located in Hämeenkylä, Vantaa, the original part of which was built in 1966 and expanded in 1992. The client will carry out repairs and alterations in the property in stages. This contract program applies to phase 4 of the repair contract, which includes space changes to be made in the 1st floor change area as well as other repair and change work in the scope of the tender documents, fully completed. All demolition work in the conversion area has already been done independently of the customer as a project. The customer applies for a construction/modification permit for the site for the previously granted construction permit for work to be performed in another building (permit procedure in the investigation in building supervision). It is only possible to start work in the change area upon receipt of the requested permit, the force of law. The contract includes all the contractor's official obligations related to the permit, e.g. approval of respective foremen, inspections, inspection documents.
