THE JACQUES CARTIER AND CHAMPLAIN BRIDGES INCORPORATED, a body corporate having its Head Office in the City of Longueuil, province of Quebec, Canada, established by the St. Lawrence Seaway Authority Act and herein acting and exercising its powers as an agent of Her Majesty in right of Canada (hereafter referred to as “Owner”) invites you to submit a proposal for Contract No. 62738 Honoré Mercier Bridge and Melocheville Tunnel, Testing Laboratory Services for Rehabilitation and Construction Work (2024-2027) (hereafter referred to as “Contract”).This Contract generally consists in providing testing laboratory services to perform the quality assurance of the Construction Work to be carried out under one or more Construction Contracts on the federal section of the Honoré Mercier Bridge located on the Mohawk territory of Kahnawà:ke and at the Melocheville Tunnel located in Beauharnois.At the sole discretion of the Owner, this Contract may be extended on two (2) occasions to include testing laboratory services to be carried out in 2027-2028 and in 2028-2029.The Request for Proposal Documents for the Contract (Section 0 and addendums) are available through “Merx” Private Tenders, at https://www.merx.com/pjcci, at the following costs, which are payable directly to Merx, by credit card: for those who do not hold a subscription giving access to the Owner-s requests for proposals on Merx: $70.00 per request for proposals for downloading the Request for Proposal Documents including the a...
