The subject of the performance of the public contract is the implementation of construction works consisting in the reduction of the energy demand of the existing object of the cultural center in the village of Hlušice, in accordance with the project documentation for the building permit, while the performance includes in particular insulation of the building envelope including the plinth part, insulation of flat roof structures, complete replacement of existing opening fillings (windows and doors) with new ones with better thermal insulation properties, execution of related construction and assembly work (including plumbing elements, connection of structures and adjustment of details) and other necessary activities necessary for the proper and complete completion of the work, while there are no interventions in the supporting structures, no change in the volume or purpose of use of the building. A more detailed specification of the subject of performance is listed in the individual annexes of the procurement documentation. The implementation of the order is subject to obtaining a subsidy.
